SMS for warehouses

SMS for warehouses.
Pickups, deliveries, crews.

Tell customers the moment stock is ready, confirm delivery windows and reach the whole crew about a shift change in one message.

Example messages

Pickup ready

Hi Jordan, your order #8841 is ready for collection at dock 3, 7am to 4pm weekdays.

Delivery window

Hi Meg, your delivery is booked for tomorrow between 9am and 12pm. Reply if that does not suit.

Crew

Early start tomorrow: dock crew on at 5:30am for the container unload. Reply if unavailable.

Example wording, not a record of a send. Anyone who answers one of these texts is answering the sending phone, so the reply lands there and not in your dashboard.

What the texts are for

Pickup notifications

Stock landed: one text and the customer knows which dock and which hours.

Delivery windows

Confirm the window the night before so somebody is there when the truck arrives.

Crew broadcasts

A shift change or an early start reaches the whole team from one upload.

SMS for warehouses: the questions we get

Can I text the crew and the customers from the same account?

Yes. Both are just numbers on a list. Upload the file, check the price of the whole run, then confirm before anything is charged.

What if I upload the same run sheet twice by mistake?

The second upload skips the rows that already went. The file is fingerprinted and each row carries its original line number, so a re-send does not charge you twice.

Can I see whether a driver was told?

You can see that the message was queued and sent. Sent means we sent it to the carrier. We do not claim a receipt we do not have.
