Quotes

- Just checking you received our quote for {job}. Happy to talk it through if anything is unclear.
Money
- Job at {address} is complete. Invoice #{number} is on its way. Thanks for having us.
- Friendly reminder: invoice #{number} for {amount} is due {date}.
- Payment received, thanks {name}.
Housekeeping
- Reminder for tomorrow: please keep the driveway clear and the side gate unlocked.
- Tomorrow’s job is moved to {day} due to weather. Same start time.
Two things to get right before you send any of them
Say who you are. The message arrives from a real Australian mobile, not a branded sender name, so a customer who has not saved your number sees an unknown one.
Decide who is holding the sending phone. Every reply to these templates, including a YES on a quote, arrives there as an ordinary text and not in the AussieSMS dashboard.
